Johannes Karl Schulz has been painting professionally for more than 50 years. He studied under the Sulman Prize winning artist WESLEY PENBERTHY, the only student of iconic artist NORMAN LINDSAY.


Johannes Schulz’s works are held in many prestigious collections throughout Australia, Europe, Japan and USA, including the collection of Former US President Ronald Reagan.

Johannes' Distinctive Signature: "JOHN JOHN", in his paintings, came about somewhere in the SIXTIES when he asked a Young Australian boy who could not pronounce his name to call him "JOHN JOHN"...It has been his "trademark" ever since…
